HA380一次性使用血液灌流器的吸附剂为中性大孔树脂，因其具有大宗中大孔结构及高比外貌积[1],使用树脂的吸附作用，通过体外循环血液灌流的要领扫除人体内源性和外源性代谢产品、毒物及余量药物�？刂葡赴蜃臃绫┑谋2-5],从而改善患者血流动力学[2-3][5-6]、镌汰主要脏器损伤及并发症[2-3][5-7]。
